Large lots, steep or metal roofs, multiple trees, garland and accents.
Ranges reflect typical Missoula and Bitterroot homes. Steep or metal roofs, tall trees that need a lift, and long rural driveways move the number. Commercial and HOA work is quoted on site. Returning seasons run roughly 25 percent less because your strands are already cut, tested and stored.
