From the night your display goes live until it comes down in January, any dark strand or tripped circuit on a display we installed is repaired within 48 hours at no charge.
A holiday display in Missoula has to survive about ten weeks of real winter. Inversion fog leaves moisture on every socket for days at a time, and a sub-zero night in December will find any weak connection on the roof. Commercial-grade LEDs handle most of that without complaint, but no display is immune to a tripped GFCI or a timer that lost its program during a power blink. That is why every display we install includes season-long maintenance under our 48-Hour Repair Promise. You call (406) 207-2524, and a crew is on site within two days to get the lights back on. There is no service call fee and no parts charge.
Most of what we fix is small. A GFCI outlet trips when meltwater gets into a connection, or a photocell timer drifts after a power outage. Each of those takes a few minutes for someone who knows the display, because we installed it and have the layout on file. A genuinely dead strand is swapped with a spare cut to the same length, and a mini light wrap that has shifted on a limb is re-wrapped and re-tied. Because our installers are carpenters and framers from Constructive Brothers, a mid-December repair on a snowy roof is handled the same way as the install, with proper ladder placement and no shortcuts on a slick pitch. We do not service lights installed by anyone else.
Maintenance and repair are included at no charge with every display we install, so the only cost is the seasonal price on your original quote, typically $700 to $2,500 for a first-season home.
Send your address and what you have in mind. We reply with a price, usually the same day. Most homes: $700 to $2,500 for the full season.
No spam, no pressure. Prefer to talk? Call or text (406) 207-2524.
The repair window is a written promise on your quote. Call or text with the problem and the visit is scheduled within 48 hours. Many repairs happen the next day because our crews are already running routes through Missoula and the Bitterroot every week of the season.
Repairs are covered whether the cause is a failed bulb or a windstorm that lifted a strand off the gutter. You do not pay for the visit or the replacement parts. The only thing not covered is damage caused by someone other than us working on the roof.
Every install is photographed and mapped, with outlet locations and strand lengths on file. When you call about a dark section on the north gable, the crew arrives knowing which run it is and brings a matching spare rather than guessing.
A December service call means a ladder on frozen ground and a roof with snow on it. Our crews do this kind of work for Constructive Brothers all winter, so a repair is made without dragging strands across shingles or standing on an iced gutter.
Reach us at (406) 207-2524 with what you see, whether that is a whole side dark or a display that never came on at dusk. A photo helps but is not required.
Some outages are a tripped GFCI or a timer that needs a reset, and we will walk you through the reset button on the outlet if you want the lights on tonight. If that does not solve it, a crew is scheduled.
The crew arrives with spare C9 bulbs and a replacement strand cut to your run length. Most repairs are finished in under an hour, and you do not need to be home.
After the fix, the crew tests every circuit on the display and confirms the timer schedule, so a second problem is caught on the same visit. You get a text when the lights are back on.
