Anything goes out, you text us. Fixed within 48 hours at no charge. We also drive our routes after big storms to catch problems before you do.
After the holidays you pick the date. We take everything down carefully and leave the roof and gutters exactly as we found them.
We coil and label every strand and leave the lights with you to keep in the garage, attic or shed. In late summer you get a text to rebook. Next season is install and takedown only, since you already own the lights.
